This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations of services and products offered by Bits and Volts Pvt. Ltd. We aim to provide clear and fair policies for our customers.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order or service request under the following conditions:
Cancellation by Customer
- For services you can cancel your request within 24 hours of placing the order or booking, provided the service has not yet commenced. A full refund will be processed in such cases.
- For products if your order has not yet been shipped, you may cancel it for a full refund. Please contact us immediately at support@bitsandvolts.in or call us at +91-9359526445 to request a cancellation.
- Once a service has commenced or a product has been shipped, the cancellation will be subject to our Refund Policy.
Cancellation by Bits and Volts Pvt. Ltd.
We reserve the right to cancel an order or service request for various reasons, including but not limited to:
- Unavailability of the product or service.
- Inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information.
- Problems identified by our fraud prevention department.
- Force majeure events.
In such cases, we will notify you and a full refund will be processed if payment has already been made.
Refund Policy
Our refund policy varies depending on the type of purchase and the reason for the refund request.
Refunds for Products
- Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with supporting images or videos. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund after verifying the damage/defect.
- Incorrect Product Received: If you receive a product different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for the correct product to be shipped or issue a full refund upon return of the incorrect item.
- Change of Mind: We generally do not offer refunds for "change of mind" on products once they have been shipped. However, exceptions may be made at our sole discretion for unopened and unused products within 7 days of delivery, subject to a restocking fee and shipping costs.
Refunds for Services
- Service Not Rendered: If a service you paid for is not rendered due to our inability to provide it, a full refund will be issued.
- Unsatisfactory Service: If you are not satisfied with a service provided, please contact us within 7 days of the service completion date. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may result in a partial or full refund, or a credit for future services, depending on the circumstances.
Refund Processing
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after it has been processed by us. The actual time for the refund to appear may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Any shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
